  • Leasing of Nevada Financial Center developed by Johnson Wax Development and William Peccole – 150,000 square feet

  • Assemblage of over 30 acres which included more than 20 land owners for IVAC owned by Edward Roske.  This assemblage allowed the Silverton Hotel and Casino to expand and add Bass Pro Shop.

  • The acquisition and sale of a 40 acre mixed use parcel in Centennial Hills Town Center, Las Vegas

  • Identified and leased 80,000 square feet for the top 5 Title Companies in Southern Nevada

  • First exclusive real estate broker for McDonald’s Corporation and directly responsible for the planning, entitlements and acquisition of more than 86 McDonald’s Restaurants with 25 of these locations in hotel resorts or co-branded sites with the Terrible Herbst Oil Company.

  • 15 acre development of the 250,000 square foot Creel Printing facility

  • Coordination and implementation of the new market rollout for Chipotle restaurants in Las Vegas

  • Akita Plaza development – 6 acres

  • Sahara Paradise and Fun City – 4.4 acres

  • Marketing and sale of 32 acres on Las Vegas Boulevard and Blue Diamond
